2. HKUST(GZ) Website 

To get the first look at the HKSUT(GZ), please access to the campus official website via the link: https://hkust-gz.edu.cn/. Public information like Hubs/Thrusts introductions and campus news is released on the website. 

 

3. HKUST(GZ) Account 

The HKUST(GZ) account is the unique identification of each campus member. The account can be used to log in to different campus application systems. 

Student account format: username@connect.hkust-gz.edu.cn 

Please click here to activate the campus account or change the login password. 

 

4. myPortal 

The campus unified portal platform is a comprehensive service that integrates functions such as information retrieval, transaction processing, and schedule management. It provides access to various campus systems, including SIS, Canvas, and campus GPT, and presents a wide range of campus information such as announcements, campus news, events, research, and ARS information. Additionally, it offers schedule calendar and book borrowing records. Click here to access the web version and here to download the app version.

5.“科大Go” WeChat Mini Program 

The "科大 Go" mini program is a multifaceted assistant that integrates digital campus cards, campus access, campus services, campus management, and payment functions. It includes over twenty applications such as Campus Maps, Sports Reservations, Reporting Issues, and Repairs, Scanning to Borrow Books, Booking System, etc., providing convenient services for staff, students, family members, third-party service providers, visitors, and tourists. 

 

 

To access to the mini program, please search “科大Go” via WeChat, and log in to the mini program with the campus account.

6. ITD Website 

To seek any instructions or user guides for any application systems/software, or to obtain the contact with Information Technology Department (ITD), please visit the ITD website via: myPortal -> Applications -> Services -> ITD Website.   

7. HKUST(GZ) Campus Card 

There are two modalities of the campus card: physical card and electronic card. Through the campus card, campus members are allowed to enter the assigned areas, use the assigned elevators, use public printers, make payments, etc. Please swipe the physical card or display the e-card QR code on the card reader. (The images of devices below are for your reference.)

8. Network 

The Wi-Fi network nearly covers the whole campus areas. Here is the campus Wi-Fi information: 

Campus Wi-Fi Name: HKUSTGZ 

Login username: The prefix of the campus account (without “@connect.hkust-gz.edu.cn”) 

Login password: The password of the campus account

9. Room Booking 

To reserve a classroom or a study room in the library, please submit the request via the Booking System: myPortal -> Applications -> Services -> Booking System.

10. Printer 

Public printers are available for campus users in teaching and learning areas and dormitory areas. 

 

Please click Drive.rar to download and install the drive that suits the computer’s operatiing system (Windows or Mac). And then use the printer according to the actual needs.
