SPORTS WORKSHOP | Body Combat
20 Apr 2024BODYCOMBAT is a fun, empowering cardio workout where you will undergo a cracking workout, whilst relieving stress and raising your heart rate. These energetic sessions are strongly influenced by martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. The classes are supported by powerful music and energetic instructor. You will punch, kick and kata your way through calories to a leaner, healthier, fitter body.
On Friday, 19th April, ISA organized a Sports Workshop: BodyCombat to help international students and HMT students improve their health and fitness.
During this 60-minute session, the instructor led the group through a series of punches, kicks, and strikes, providing a full-body workout that left everyone feeling energized and motivated. Students learned how to adjust a BODYCOMBAT workout to suit them and were shown options to work at their own level.
We hope those of you who joined our BODYCOMBAT Workshop took a lot from it and enjoyed your time with the instructor. We look forward to hosting more events to support the well-being of the international and HMT student community.
